Copper used Orange County Paving contract in triplicate signed on February 4th 2019. The paving contract cost $3,500.

Wouldn't show up, had excuses everytime until July 5, 2019. Then he said it was too stressful.  Did not return monies, found out orange county did not employ him, Mark Cooper owner of Orange County claimed he didn't work there and that Randy, his first cousin stole the contract.

Later found pictures of them working together for OCP, Mark claims he sometimes works for them.

Randy is paid but doesn't declare taxes. Randy has not answered any request for monies.

She has all her money back + $100 ,for the inconvenience. She received $1700 back immediately and sent the balance the next day using wal mart to wal mart. She refused to go pick it up. And proceeded to bash me all over Facebook with lies and half truths. She failed to mention that the contract stated the job to be done on a specific date, she canceled the original date, then canceled the follow up date because they were having issues with the garage.

Yes I took my time paying her back the rrmaining balance but after her refusing to pick it up at wal mart she made it as difficult as possible while continuing to bash me on social media. My only advice is next time you sign a contract, stick to the terms of said contract and this mess could have been avoided

Customer is paid in full plus $100 for her troubles. Customer changed the date of the original contract when we were all set to donthe job. I paid her back $1700 when I told her we couldn't do the job and sent her the remaining $1800 a couple days later to wal mart where she could have went and picked it up.

She refused to go to wal mart to pick it up (it was easier for me because I was out of town and wanted to pay her back and be done with it) and slandered me all over Facebook. So yes, I took my sweet time paying her the remaining balance. I didn't "disappear" I was easy to find. My suggestion to Missy.

In the future qhen you sign a contract, stick to the original terms and this entire mess would have been avoided

What was not stated in this report was that the above customer signed a contract to do the job on a specific day in April of 2019, customer kept delaying the job on more than one occasion, every time she delayed she paid me another check. When she was finally ready to donthe job we were no longer working in the capital district. I refunded half her money immediately, well $1700 of it and was prepared to pay her back the rest in a couple days.

Tried to Wal Mart to Wal Mart the balance two days later and she refused to go to Wal Mart to pick it up then continued to bash me on Facebook with lies and half truths!!! This damaged my reputation in my hometown where I do 50% of my work. So I decided to take my time paying her the balance. She was paid in full plus $100 for the inconvenience since it cost her $40 to file court papers. As far as not paying taxes

The contract as stated was for $3,500, that is fact. Randy did pay back LESS than half in payments before disappearing and not returning ANY and ALL attempts to get monies owed.  Currently a suite is filed for the money owed PLUS damages (time I was not able to get the driveway/sidewalks done because I didn't have the money.)

Orange County Paving 23 Mt Salem Rd, Port Jervis, NY 12771 845-469-9230 (848) 742-2041 Owned by Mark Cooper DOT#1112983 Cousin to Randall Cooper Both Known to solicit door to door typically driving orange pick-up trucks.

I understand that the original report needs an update as $1700 was refunded lately - but by whom? (Mark or Randy?)
