A and R motors Zu Ramadam I am a 72 year old senior citizen. I purchased a car from this dealership. Zu Ramadam was the salesperson. After a family emergency I needed to sell the car two months later. I have filed criminal charges and hired an attorney to file a civil claim. I’ve discovered that I am one of many that this dealership has rippped off! Richmond Virginia
I am a 72 yr old senior. This dealership and this salesman Zu has kept my 3000.00 balance on the car that I sold him. I was to receive the money almost 2 months ago. He sold me the car originally for 12000.00 in June of 2020. Unfortunately because of a family emergency I had to sell the car. I made a bad mistake by only getting 7000.00 for a car that I just paid 12000.00 for.
I was in dire need for money and he took advantage of that. But it was my mistake. What I’m writing this complaint about is he only gave me 4000.00 when he took the car and promised 3000.00 the following week. It’s now been 2 months and he still refuses to give me my 3000.00. I asked for my car back and he told me he sold it. I filed criminal charges against this dealership and this Zu Ramadam.
I believe this is senior abuse and these people are thieves. Beware of these people!!!!
