My actual experience living in their home:

１，The time I live in their apartment is: 10/27/22--11/22/22.

２，The time I left their house: 11/22/22. 8am.

３，At 9:30am,I was at the airport and found my backpack left at Qun Wang's house. I called the hostess, Wang Qun, and she checked my backpack, which she admitted had credit cards and $400, and took a picture of me.

Two days later, when I sent someone to retrieve my backpack from the home of the hostess Wang Qun, the $400 inside was gone. A few days later, three of my credit cards were stolen three times on two Chinese shopping sites: $219.76.

４，As a landlord, you have acknowledged that it is your responsibility to keep money Forgotten in your home by tenants to keep it safe. and you are responsible for returning the original items to the tenant. If you cannot do these things． you should declare it to the tenant at that time.

The credit card is swiped on a Chinese shopping website. Only you two understand Chinese. Of course, this is the responsibility of the two landlords.

Everything I know:

       1．Landlord (male) Yu Xuandong (Peter): Without any license and procedures, he illegally gave massage, moxibustion, and medicine to others.

        2. They have two dogs.The last time a dog bit a white man. It happened on 11/16/22 during my stay; the hostess Wang Qun told me that this was the 38th time her dog had bitten someone. More people who were bitten went to hospital for treatment.

         3.Landlord (female) Wang Qun (Monica): Track and monitor every guest who stays, worrying about the items in the house being stolen. For this reason, they often quarreled with guests, and the police often visited their homes.

        4, I rented one of their great rooms for $1050 a month.

        5,Moreover, in order to achieve the purpose of withholding my money, they maliciously abused me in the circle of friends.       

Ask the landlord to refund my $400.

Otherwise, I do the following actions:

    1. I sued my landlord in small claims court.

    2. Complain about them to the City of Eastvale.          

　3. Complain to Airbnb about them..

    4. Complain about them to the California BBB..

    5. Filed charges against them with the District Attorney's Office's Consumer Fraud Unit.

　 6. I publish all the actions of the landlord on the Internet
