PURRFECT AUTO SERVICES LIED ripoff LAS VEGAS Nevada
There was vandalism done to my car that caused it to be inoperable.
I brought it to PURRFECT AUTO.
The initial estimate to repair it was approximately $500. While in the shop, I received three calls. Each time there was something else that had to be repaired due to the vandalism. At the end, it costs me $2200.00. The manager stated that she would put this on the invoice (which I paid), for the insurance company.
I submitted my claim and eventually I get a call from the insurance company stating that they would pay $302.00. I phoned them and they stated that the authorized amount was based on a conversation they adjustor had with the Shop manager. They stated that she told them that the only repairs that were related to the vandalism totaled $802.
So minus my deductable of $500.00, I will get $302.00. I found out too late that this is common for Purrfect Auto. They build up unecessary repairs. Bottom line, Purrfect Auto tells me to get my car running, the vandalism caused $2200 of repair and they THEN tell the insurance company that it was really only $802.

My son had work done on his truck at the same location. He was dealing with the same manager Deborah. This lady took all of my son's money and never gave him a receipt for the work that was done. I've been contacted by the "district manager" for this company and I was told that they couldn't help me without an invoice. They suggested that I press charges against the manager. They gave me her full name: Deborah Bourgoin and wished me good luck. Of course she's no longer employed with the company so currently I'm in the process of trying to located this person. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
