Purrfect Auto Services BEWARE: Worst Shop I've Ever Been To Covina, California

PLEASE I beg you not to go to this shop! The guy there who claims he owns the shop (his name is George), will try to say all the things you want to hear on the phone just to convince you to bring your car to his shop. But once you get there he will rip you off and treat you like an animal if you don't agree to the price he will give you. He will say demeaning things at you when you decide not to have your car fixed there. He will give you a cheaper price over the phone but once your car gets there, the amount will devastatingly go up! BEWARE of the flyers from them that circulates around your neighborhood saying "FREE VEHICLE INSPECTION"!
Because that is the last thing he will do for you! He will not do anything for free of course! If you want to save some money and avoid humiliation (trust me, he will say anything to degrade and discriminate you), then don't ever think of calling this shop or bringing your car there for diagnostic! I was treated poorly by this guy and angered me so much I even cried out of frustration. I have never written a review for a company before in my life, but what he did to me stayed with me for days! I wanted to forget so badly. I just don't want him to keep doing this to people. HE (George) IS A LIAR, A CHEATER, and a DISRESPECTFUL M*R*N! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! There are a lot of other decent shops around, go there instead! PLEASE!!!
