Complaint Review: Purrfect Auto Service - Lasvegas Nevada

My Fiancee and I went to purrfect auto to have a sensor replaced and a smog done on 11/24/07 which we thought would be one day (since we work and little time) we trusted them ! We went back at the end of the day and the Vehicle was not done they said they needed one more day so we said ok.

went back Saturday and they had another excuse Joseph ( manager ) said that they changed the part but still had a engine light on so we let them keep it to fix it and smog it . So sunday they are closed. I called Joseph Monday to find if they progressed and he said no they had to dry cycle the engine to reset the on board computer. I said ok . Along came Wednesday and now I am getting a little worried about the feedback I am getting from Joseph now saying the cannister is bad and asked if we are towing our water jets to the lake? I aked why and he said that the charcoal cannister had rocks in it ???? I said ROCKS ? he said yah can you Imagine what I said ?

any way I hung up and called back and he said oh its little beads that build up when the charcoal cannister gets water in it ( I know this was bull) so I told him My Fiancee is picking up the truck after work and he said ok and we can bring it back for them to finish ? He ( Joseph ) said they put more work and parts into it than what was payed ( WHOA is that a business or what)

Well anyway she ( Fiancee ) got the truck and called me and said that it was making funny noises and running ruff I said go back in and tell them. She did

and the receptionist tried to argue with her so she left and she drove it to work the next day and it burned 1/2 a tank and running rough we took it back and told them to fix it and their mechanic looked at it and said two sparkplugs were loose ?? I said you worked out of your scope of work , the original problem was no where near the plugs as well as the harmonic ballencer that was bent ( the weard noise ) I did not want them to put another finger on the truck. My Fiancee went back the next day after work (without mu knowledge) and demanded the money back because the check engine light was on and running rough . They told her that they would give her $300 credit to fix her brakes or what ever she needed and she said no way give me my money back . Now they told her the truck was fine when she left and that maybe I did something to it cause I was mad at her and got even with her????? Where do they get off making a statement like that???

Well this all occured beginning on 11/24/07 thru 12/1/07 I have contacted the better business buearu and now this site and have gone to our civil court to start the process to sue for my money back and damages .. I would recomend to all to go on line and contact the BBB on problems with this dealer. Oh we took the truck to another Mechanic and they changed the part for $100 and checked the parts purrfect auto said they replaced ?? ALL LIES.. I want to see them out of business this is AMERICA we work hard for our money and try to trust others.. GOD bless and happy hollidays to all and especially to you on this site......
