I purchased a small humidifier at a local retail store. I had issues with it drying out (after 2 weeks it still held moisture) and hoped that Pure Enrichments could offer me a solution having tried every way to resolve it myself. They sent me dehumidifier balls to use inside the tank knowing full well that they were 3x too big to fit.

By that time it was too late to return it to the retailer. It's not their policy to credit me or offer me a refund since I didn't buy it from them. I sent them a copy of my receipt and asked if they could at least give me an online store credit of $22. Their products are more costly and certainly cost them less than that so they would have made a profit. I asked them for this since it was due to their delays in communication that I was unable to return the item. 

I got no help from them so I filed a complaint with the BBB and after a few weeks of attempts, Pure Enrichments never even responded. I tried again to deal with them directly and they wouldn't budge. I'm insulted that their products are made to improve the health of their customers so you think they have some sense of compassion and quality customer service but they lack both.
