I was as well scammed by Albert Murphy the Property Spruiker from Your Property Empire Rouse Hill. What a conniving thriving criminal he is. I’m complaining to the department of fair trading as he scammed me as well. Let me tell you exactly what he did. He is nothing but a crook and property Spruiker. Firstly, Albert Murphy the Property Spruiker from Your Property Empire Rouse Hill offered me a "free" session from an email I got showing me how to become a millionaire, then a follow up phone call urging me to come to an interview at his office in Rouse Hill where i was shown how to save tax while paying off my home faster. Now come to think about it it was such a scam. Secondly, Albert Murphy from your property empire property spruiker said he will take control and convinced me that he is the only people who can find the right property for me. This is where he sold me the overpriced property in QUEENSLAND. What a conman property Spruiker Albert Murphy scam. Then he forced me to sign a building contract and the rationale is that it was to save stamp duty, get a new home, and therefore bigger tax breaks. The real reason is it gives property spruiker Albert Murphy your property Empire scammer a better chance to load the price and RIP me off by $100,000!!!!
