How much of a scumbag do you got to be to get fired from the most corrupt police department in the country?  What did this piece of sh*t do? Wonder how many necks he put a knee into.  Guess he gets it natural though.

is the reason he was forced to retire cause a monir was involved?

This dirtbag profits off the misery of others an uses tragedies like shootings to make money.  And another thing, kinda strange his wife whose running for judge never reported him for the acts the state police forced him out for.  But she also didn't report her former boss for the crimes he was forced out over.  This dam town is to corrupt.

Is he in jail or was the deal he just get fired and they let him walk on charges? Would a non-cop get this kinda deal? This is BS, does something bad enough that the PA State police even want him gone but they don't file charges cause it would probaly bring more attention to all the other stuff bad cops like him do.

Worked with him closely for years until about a year ago when he was under investigation.  He was always arrogant and viewed alternative facts as good as real facts if they suited him.  No surprise to anyone who knows him that he went down, stupidity and arrogance don't work well together.

Scum like this gives cops everywhere a bad name. Most cops are good and aren't corrupt and forced out for sex stuff but this ain't a surprise to anyone who knows him, he's always done what he wanted even if it broke the law and thought cause he had a badge and gun he would get away with it. He's luck the state police only forced him out and didn't charge him.

He's an uneducated cop who got caught breaking the rules and thought he could get away with it because he has a badge. He was fired andd is now being investigated.  Not a shocker to anyone who's worked with him.

I'm a Penn State Alum and am disgusted by degenerates like this one thinking they can hide here because of Sandusky.  I called the Altoona campus as well as Main Campus, the administration has told me they are aware of the situation and requested information from the State Police and assured me that given the nature of the allegations (sexual) against he will have no contact with any students until a thorough investigation has been completed. 

Sexual predators come from all walks of life, from football coaches to the Pa State Police but I will not tolerate a blind eye being turned.

Rumor is now that primary election is over Hershey's wife is kicking him out and he'll be homeless.  She is doing it now so everyone will forget about him by November election and she needs to distance herself from whatever illegal stuff he did that made the Pa State Police give him the choice of retiring early or being fired and facing charges.

Well the Pa State Police kicked hershey and his moobs to the curb, but they haven't said yet if what he did to at least the 1 woman was consensual or if he doesn't like being told no.  Does Penn State Altoona still let him around students?

Also hear he's not allowed to be alone with female coworkers cause of to many problems in the past when he was.  Penn State Altoona should think twice about letting him around any female students.  They don't need another Sandusky situation.

Did the police ever get any reports about Brad Hershey abusing women either physically or domestically? Did he ever assault his wife? I'm curious since she is running for judge how can she make sure laws are followed in court if she lets a state cop break the laws in her own home in front of her kids.

Is there anyway to see if Children And youth services ever got any complaints or reports on this guy? Shouldn't it be public record if there are any reports on him since he's a civl servant? Than again I wonder if children and youth even files a report when they get calls on Pa State police. 

Has the Pa State police said yet is thus was sexual assault he did or if it was consensual (assumming she was old enough to consent). Why is he still allowwed to work while being investigated? Doesn't that put women he comes in contact with in possible danger? 

Bradley Hershey's wife who is running for Bedford Judge posted a pic on her Facebook page of the 2 of them with their kids holding hands, I understand why she would do this to make a "picture" of a happy family for the voters.  Someone posted about it being sweet him smiling holding his wife's hand.

This loser comments saying "I dabble in acting too."  What a worthless piece of garbage. And don't the Pennsylvania State Police have any fitness standards at all, besides being over weight, I can't tell who has bigger t**s, him or his wife.  Man b***s.

How is this any different from when he was on patrol and would pull women who were alone over at night whi had been drinking? Maybe someone should have compared to the number of stops he made of single women at night and how many were charged. Guess they came to another arrangement.

Was this his first or were there other victims?  Would a FOIA request show how many times he's done this before or can the state police decide what they make public assuming they haven't already covered anything up. 

When Cosby's 1st accusser came foward everyone criticized her until all the other dozens of his rape victims came public and now he's in jail like he should be.

Weather it was sexual harrassment or if he raped her its still a crime and he should be arrested and put in jail or don't the laws apply to cops? if he wasn't a cop his (((REDACTED as per TOS))) bald a*s would be in jail waiting for trial.  This is why noone trusts the state police anymore.
