Private Internet Access provides VPN service. It's product and service has always been a bit unstable, but lately, the application just restarts about once a minute. So, I ask support for help, and they seriously say, "Oh, you have Kaspersky...they are bad guys trying to hurt Americans, that is why our product is not working". So, I shut down Kaspersky and experience the same problem, no big surprise.
I try other wifi sources and have the same problem. So something changed on PIA's side, but they would rather just blame the Russians than figure out their application's problems. When I asked for a prorated refund, I was told, "we cannot do that due to our policy". That, dear friends, is simply a lie. Of course they could refund me a few dollars but they lie instead and pretend they are some government agency bound by law regarding their financial practices.
