When I called to complain all I got was sorry you will have to cancel that reservation and reschedule for where I wanted to be which is Cranberry PA. They keep the money and if the hotel feels like it they might refund full price of half. I dont understand how they can book a room where ever they want then make the consumer to be the idiot. L just wanted to transfer the reservation where I had originally book?

It was my granddaughter who booked it and I was up set I had just fought with booking.com which took 3 months to receive my refund. I explained to her got to Cranberry pa and find a hotel and do not ever use this 3rd party bookings. It only took me one time not to use any of them again.

 I don’t understand what possesses you people to use these STUPID third party reservation places to do something YOU can do YOURSELF! All you need to do is search for a hotel and CALL THEM! That’s the way it always was done until these third party slime balls came along! They look for ANY excuse to not refund your money, AS YOU HAVE SEEN! They cater to the inexperienced traveler! Don’t EVER use any of them again!
