I purchased what turned out to be bad equipment from them.
After purchasing a junk vacumm, from this company I brought the vacuum back multiple times after belt on vacuum kept breaking with just about every use.
For months they never even offered to look at it or repair it. They Just kept giving me belts. Looking back I suppose they were hoping to keep it running until the warranty ran out and they could charge me to repair it and sell me parts.
After the vacuum completely failed, they tried to tell me that the manufature, Santaire would not warranty it. Unfortunantley for them I already knew this was a lie since I'd spoken with Sanitaire previusly.
Santiare had already told me they would warranty the vacuum and that company (Sanitaire) is now replacing the equiptment under warranty
I'm not sure why this company would try to say a piece of equipment they sold me wasn't under warranty when the manufacturer says it is. I guess they make more money selling parts than repairing the junk they sold me under warranty
