Pool Store and More Richard Tamberino, IMG Distributors, American Pool Store Scammed me for over 20K and never sent Pool or Pool Components Raleigh, New York, Atlanta, NC, FL, CA, NY, GA
I paid $20,625.00 to Rich Tamberino (POOLS AND MORE / IMG DISTRIBUTERS ) in May 2022 for the purchase of a pool. It has now been almost one year later and I never received the entirety of the pool parts. I have attempted to contact this company repeatedly during the past year and have not received a response to see if I can receive a refund since a pool parts were never sent to me. This company is an online scam and should be investigated further. I met an installer who used to work for him and he will also go on record to talk about several people he knows that have also been scammed. I noticed there are over 100 complaints on the BBB website, numerous websites to warn people about the theft taking place, but nothing has been done. I was hoping to connect with others who have been scammed in hopes that we can join and file complaints and litigation against this company.
