I took a chance on a company that claimed it would pay $25 cash for submitting 50 feedback surveys.
I completed all 50 surveys and downloaded the PoderCard app. I verified my phone number to continue in the app and found out there's no cash but a virtual gift card, ok fine.
Just to even view the virtual card to at least use it online, you have to verify through sms again. Well it never sends me the verification code to my phone number so I cannot even access my virtual card. So I reached out to customer service numerous times by phone and email with NO RESPONSE of any kind from this company. So they were able to get my information plus the 50 surveys I completed for their company.
They have never sent me a physical card and there's no place to order one like it says online. I have a young child and with Christmas so close that $29.80 I earned would've helped a lot. Pretty disappointed and I feel like this company is willfully deceiving people and not delivering what they have stated they would do. Scam. Fraud. Deceivers. Don't waste your time.
