I spoke with the area sales manager and the GM, Chris Stevens; they told me they have people order from all over the country and do not require credit card verification and often no signature; therefore, your credit card information is at stake. My American Express was misplaced and used multiple times to order pizza from this location. The items were possibly delivered, I'm unsure seeing that there was no signature and no proof of credit card ownership. The company does not want to return my funds. I'm highly disappointed by the ineptitude of the management team. In fact, Chris Stevens even laughed at my situation, the GM, found it funny. Well guess what, we are going to see how the American people feel about this as well.

Since they fulfilled their requirement, delivering a pizza per order, why should they give your money back??? They have no proof that this was indeed fraud. They got an order with a valid card and fulfilled the order. Any irritation you feel should be at yourself and at your card company. You for "misplacing" your card and the company for allowing orders from a different geographical location to be processed. I would suggest contacting your card company for any possible refund.
