Pizza Hut False Advertising, Lack of Transparency Marinette Nationwide
Pizza Hut is ridiculous, honestly. How hard is it to deliver clear, transparent advertising without having to hide behind a ton of terms and conditions?
To be clear I am talking about the current $11.00 "Any" pizza. Stuffed crust? That costs more, extra cheese, that costs more, specialty pizza, that costs more, extra toppings that costs more.
Clearly this isn't a "any pizza, any size, any toppings" promotion. I mean, a meat lovers with extra cheese and it's $18.00 instead of the advertised $11? When you advertise "any pizza", it should BE any pizza. Quite frankly, I consider it false advertising and the fact that you can hide behind terms and conditions to falsely promote a product is asinine at best.
This isn't the only time they've done this, they have had plenty of promos for their stores, where they advertise one thing and fail to be clear about their intentions. A Bix Box meal with three pizzas advertised for $20.00? They fail to tell you if it isn't anything besides a single topping pizza, it goes from $20.00 to $40.00 easily.
It's about time companies like this are held responsible for their decepetive advertising practaices.
