I went to Petland Plantation on October 10 2021 to buy my daughter a puppy . I saw that petland sold 2% breeders and decided to go there . The dog that my daughter loved was 4k the sales rep said they offered financing with low interest rate , she asked me for my social to see if i qualified . The next day the dog was throwing up and pooping out blood we room it to their vet and they couldn't find out what's wrong with him .
The vet said they needed to run multiple test and that I would be financially responsible . I decided it was best to return the dog as i only had him less then 24 hours . After that i found out that i had a loan with USA lending as it showed up on credit karma i didn't remember signing any loan information . I called them and they emailed me the loan documents .. I saw that they forged my information .. my signature !
My name wss even spelled wrong so was my email , my home address and my phone number . I failed a claim and it got denied . Now i have no dog a broken hearted 6 year old and a loan of 5,400 with a 29% interest rate coming out to over 9 grand .

It’s unclear how a $4000 dog became a $5400 purchase.
Send the lender a copy of your Amex receipt as proof the purchase was paid in full. That was easy.
In the future, go to an animal rescue.
