This company likes to steal your clients when you co-broker commercial real estate deals with them. The owner lies and says that he can't find the deal and Actually will fund the deal behind your back and will not issue your finders fee or your commission for referral. Simply put, he's a thief and not trustworthy.
The owner is very slow with his transactions and does not perform his due diligence on any of his deals. He is very rude and unprofessional in a belittling way. It's safe to say if you're ever in his presence do not leave little children or pets alone with him. I won't even get into the area of piercing the corporate veil, that's an entirely different matter of concern.
