Patsy Ward is a public defender in the mental health court in Hollywood. She withheld information about Victor Michini being autistic and being under a doctor's care since 2009. Victor was raped and drugged by a lowlife degenerate in Echo Park in Los Angeles April 2021.
Corrupt police took him to the Twin Towers jail, where an unethical doctor lied to the court saying Victor doesn't have a developmental disorder, with the intent to send him to prison. Los Angeles Corruption at Barnes and Noble.
