Complaint Review: Patrick Justus - Sacramento, Natomas CA

Well, it looks like karma finally caught up to Patrick Justus. So much for his high hopes of getting out of his "Assault with a Deadly Weapon" charge he was bragging about, and the $210,000.00 plus in Court Ordered Restitution. It seems, Patrick's so called legal-eagle, kinda through him under the bus. Or, at least that’s how I see it.

The fact is, what Criminal Defense Attorney doesn't know that when Restitution is ordered, and the Defendant's Probation ends, the Trail Court loses all jurisdiction. Somehow, Patrick's legal-eagle missed all that. Instead, his whiz-kid filed what I believe to be a frivolous Motion, probably knowing the entire time Patrick's Crapzilla of lies wouldn't pass muster. I'm sure this little whoops cost Patrick thousands and thousands of dollars. Sorry to pop your bubble Patrick, but your Loco-Motion guy blew it big-time.

For the record, I'm not an Attorney, and I definitely don’t practice Law. What I do know is, Patrick Justus lost in Court for several obvious reasons.

(1) Telling lies will never get you anywhere.

(2) When your Attorney has a chance to cross-examine a witness, you do it, instead of putting it off.

(3) When you have an opportunity to settle a matter before Probation ends, you do it, instead of putting it off, especially when the Probation clock is ticking.

(4) Know what you're getting into before wasting more money on frivolous Litigation.

(5) Never go out of your way to issue false statements about anyone, especially on the Internet. You definitely need to know all your facts, especially before you put your foot in your mouth. After all, Libel can be a very costly mistake, which unfortunately Patrick Justus is about to learn that very lesson.

If I were Patrick Justus, instead of opening my big fat mouth to the World, in an attempt to hold me in a false light, talking smack, telling lies, etc., I'd be looking at recovering all the money paid out for bad legal representation. After all, what Criminal Defense Attorney doesn't know Hilton vs Superior Court? Of course, this is just my opinion, but built on a rock-solid history of success.

It will be interesting to see if Patrick Justus finally turns over a new leaf, as he slowly pays off his Court Ordered Restitution. After all, $200k plus is quite a wake-up call. Don't worry, I'll keep everyone posted.

Well, I'm sure by now everyone who reads Rip-Off Report (or on the Planet) now realizes exactly how much of a lair and scam artist Patrick Justus really is. If not, let me set the record straight once and for all as to what took place in my case.

In Patrick Justus's recent Rip-Off Report Rebuttal, he issues several false statements and lies as to what really took place regarding the failed April 1, 2017 drone purchase, followed by a Felony, Assault With A Deadly Weapon incident involving Patrick Justus.

Here are the facts surrounding my case:

On April 1, 2017, Patrick Justus used his vehicle to ram, drag, and assault me, while attempting to flee the scene. Conveniently, Patrick Justus leaves out the part where he threatens he has a gun, and that I need to "back off". It was at this moment I informed Patrick that I was calling the Sheriff's Department to get them to intervene. That's when Patrick panicked, jumped in his truck, rammed me several times, while attempting to flee the scene.

Thankfully, I captured everything on cell-phone video, which was turned over to Sheriff Deputies just hours after the incident. It's funny, how Patrick leaves all of this out in his rambling rebuttal. After all, Dectectives just don't go out and arrest people with no evidence, especially when it comes to courier crimminals and scam artist such as Patrick Justus. Somehow, this type of reality seems to evade Patrick. Instead, Patrick lives in a land of demented reality, where in his mind, "The Justice system loves to jump on stupid cases like this to make money". This is Patrick's exact words, straight from his nonsensical diatribe of a rebuttal. What an idiot!

Lie # 1:  Patrick claims he was selling the DJI drone for $1,200.00. This is a false statement. The drone was advertised on eBay for $1,800. The fact is, Patrick agreed to take the drone off auction, but in order to do so he requested a "10 percent" deposit, = $180.00. I agreed to make a deposit of $200.00, sent via PayPal, with the understanding that I'd pay the remaining balance of $1,600.00 in cash, after the drone demo was complete, and that the drone operated as advertised. Needless to say, Patrick crashed the drone right after take off. So, I asked for my $200.00 deposit back, especially since the drone was damaged beyond repair, even though Patrick falsely claims in his rebuttal, it wasn't. Another big lie.

Lie # 2:  Patrick claims that I sustained no injuries after ramming me multiple times with his truck, ultimately knocking me to the ground, then speeding off. This is another false statement. Photographic evidence was provided to Deputies on the day of the incident. These photos were then forwarded to Detectives to secure a Warrant for Patrick Justus's Arrest and Prosecution. Ref: Sacramento Superior Court, Criminal Case # 17FE018917.

Lie # 3:  Patrick Justus claims I drove myself to the hospital. This is another lie.  The fact is, I was transported to the hospital by ambulance, to the UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, CA. After I was discharged, I took a cab back to my car, which was in Natomas, where I met Patrick Justus for the drone demo. I have reciepts for both the ambulance charge and taxi. However, because I made the trek to Natomas by myself, I was forced to drive back alone to Santa Barbara after I was discharged from the hospital. Since the injury was to my left left knee and ankle, and was considered minor at the time, and the fact that I was given a leg brace for support, I was able to drive home since the brace was on my left leg/ankle, and that I drove a vehicle with an automatic transmission.

With that said, the additional injuries sustained to my left shoulder, due to being rammed and knocked to the ground, were not diagnosed until several MRI's were conducted, which ultimately revealed a severe tear to my left bicep tendon, including injury to my left rotator cuff as well. However, this took months to diagnose. All of this evidence was presented in Court, where Patrick Justus's attorney failed to present any oral arguement or evidence to the contrary. As a result, the burden of proof shifted to Patrick Justus to prove otherwise. This was a serious error on Patrick Justus's part, because he failed to prove to the Court that he did not cause my injuries.

What's even more hysterical, is how Patrick Justus claims that he's unemployed, has no income source(s), owns no business(s), or other assets, but at the same time can afford to pay an attorney for almost 4 years now. Are you smelling what I'm smelling? Don't worry, Patrick Justus's fairytales are about ready to come crashing down on him. Let's see how well Patrick Justus deals with Perjury, and making willful false statements. You might want to consider a new attorney, because the hole just keeps getting deeper and deeper.

In fact, on January 13, 2021, the presiding Judge gave Patrick Justus's attorney the opportunity to cross-examine me under oath, for the purpose of challenging the evidence that was in front of the Court at that time of the final restitution hearing. Instead, Patrick Justus's attorney opted not to question me under oath at that time, and for whatever reason, then stated,  

"Actually, your Honor, if the Court was prepared to make a ruling based on what was stated, I would ask the Court to just do that with the understanding, as Ms. Sanders said, that it can be renewed and we can re-evaluate it when more information is in". The information Patrick Justus's attorney is referring to, is additional financial information from me, which if presented, would have only proven additional financial loss, only increasing the restitution judgement amount, not lowering it.

That's the moment I believe Karma finally caught up to Patrick Justus, understanding that once his 3 year probation period was over (May 23, 2021) the Trial Court looses all jurisdiction. The bottom line is, Patrick's legal eagle blew his shot at a second bite at the apple, by failing to present evidence disputing my claims, and before Patrick Justus's probation period ended. Sounds like a perfect storm/throw Patrick Justus under the bus scenario to me. At least that's my opinion, or how I see it.

Lie # 4:  Patrick Justus claims I filed a "Hit and Run" report. This is another lie. This case was always a Felony, Assault With A Deadly Weapon case, which included an assault weapon charge.  Ref: Sacramento Superior Court, Crimminal Case # 17FE018917. The case may have been reduced to a Misdemeanor, but this was my choice, not Patrick's. Looking back at all the BS this piece of human feces has caused in my Life, (4 yrs. total) I should have seen his carcass in Prison, where he belongs. 

Lie # 5:  Patrick Justus claims that I fabricated financial records or invoices. That's funny, I have all the records and documents to back it up, including customer signatures, e-mails, and more. Nice try Moron.

Lie # 6:  Patrick Justus claims I'm being sued for well over "$100K".  This statement is 100 percent false. No such lawsuits exist. Just more of Pinocchio, a.k.a. Patrick Justus's lies.

Lie # 7:  In March 2021, Patrick Justus claims on Court documents that he has no financial source(s) of income, he owns no business(s), or has not purchased or sold any vehicles, assets, etc., in since his arrest. Interestingly, Patrick Justus applied for two PPP Loans, to the sum of $17,751.00, which were funded around March of 2021.

However, in March 2021, Patrick Justus also filed what's referred to as a "CR-115" form with the Court, claiming he was unemployed, owns no business(s), or has not purchased, sold, or transferred any vehicles or assets since his arrest in this matter. This is an outright lie! Patrick Justus signed the CR-115 form under the penalty of perjury, knowing the entire time he was making willful false statements to the Court.

If you also take the time to read other Rip-Off Reports relating to Patrick Justus, you will find that there are several other women who got ripped off by Patrick Justus in 2020 and 2021. So much for that "no other sources of income" claim. Once a liar, always a liar.

Lie # 8:  Patrick Justus claims I owe back Child or Spousal Support. This is another lie. I do not owe any back support of any kind. My divorce was finalized in 2012, and all Child and Spousal support ended at that time, due to the fact that both of my daughters were over the age of 18, and that my ex waved any and all Spousal Support as part of a mutual Agreement. In the meantime, I have a great relationship with my two daughters, including a great working relationship with my ex.  Sorry Patrick, nice try. All you proved, is how much of a liar you really are.

The fact is, anyone who has done business with Patrick Justus, chances are you've been burned or screwed by Patrick, and I don't mean over pocket change either. I mean thousands, if not tens of thousands of dollars. Trust me, I've read and listened to all the horror stories and more. I've also personally spoken to some of Patrick's victims, law enforcement, investigators, detectives, and multiple DA Offices in Sacramento and other surrounding Counties. You don't need to be a rocket scientist to realize Patrick Justus is a courier scam artist.

Just read about all of his victims here on Rip-Off Report, understanding most people don't even want to take the time to expose people such as Patrick Justus, most of which lose everything, or never get the opportunity to report his scams and rip-offs to the authorities. All you need to do is read Patrick's latest diarrhea diatribe to understand he's a complete scam artist and fraudster. Just listen to him babble on about rubber bands, clips, broken propellers, meaningless drone paint jobs or graphics, not to mention Patrick lied about the price of the drone right out of the gate. All I can say is, this guy is a serial liar, and unlike him I have everything to back up my claims, text messages, photos, video, and much more.

And, although it's totally apparent Patrick Justus is the jealous type, cyber stalker (even though there's a protective order in place, which he just admitted to violating) trying to capitalize on maybe one of my well deserved, but rare vacations, occassional helicopter ride(s) with my significant other, or maybe even a day on the lake with my girlfriend. One thing I've learned over time is, know your facts before opening your mouth, because sometimes things are not always as they appear.

With that said, my significant other will take the "Daughter" complement for her b-day/helicopter ride picture, especially since my daughter is half her age. Now that's a complement. Is this guy an idiot or what? Patrick Justus truly believes by threating to make my life miserable for his obvious bad deeds, somehow I'm going to tuck tail and run, especially with a protective order in place. You have another thought coming. Some people just never learn, or at least never learn to keep their mouths for that matter.

I seriously doubt that Patrick Justus's Son looks up to him as a serious role model, knowing his Dad has rap sheet longer than California. Patrick Justus, now there's a model Citizen for you. Please don't make me laugh. Trust me, Patrick Justus is nothing more than a 5' tall, 230 lb. Oompa Loompa ignoramus troll, and that's all he will ever be. His entire existence is one big lie.

Don't worry Patrick, the Defamation lawsuit is coming, and your current frivolous Motion will go down in flames, just like everything else in your Life. In the meantime, I suggest you read up on "Hilton vs Superior Court". It's a good read. Also, prepare to be hit with another $80K plus in Restitution interest, which will be added to your current Judgement/Order.

I appoligize for the long response, but these are the facts when it comes to the case, People vs Patrick Justus.

Ok I was just alerted to this BS on here by Jim Martin and like usual 80% of what he claims is FALSE!

Yes, I had a DJI Inspire drone listed on eBay for $1200 which he wanted to buy in person so of course I asked for a deposit to show he was serious before I took the listing down. He sent me $200 via PayPal so I took the ad down and told him he has 10 days to come up to buy it.

A few days before I decided to sell it, I was thinking of painting it so it looked different and stand out from the rest. The front camera is held on by 4 rubber pop in clips and when I got into taking it apart to paint, I realized its more trouble than what I anticipated so I put it back together. Well one of those rubber clips wasn't in all the way so when I did the test flight for Jim it popped out and threw it off balance and it came down lightly in the grass but upside-down.

two of the props were broken, which I had extras in the case, and one of the small clips that the props attach with. literally it was fine and for a set of 4 clips and 4 props is $6 new online. I offered to give him $100 off for the trouble but he refused and demanded his $200 deposit which I couldn't do from my phone, didn't have PayPal setup on it.

Jim then TOOK my drone from me and held it and told me I would get it back when he got his $200 back. SO, he thinks taking a $1200 drone after only paying $200 is ok???   I told him I would refund the $200 as soon as I got home and logged on to do it but he wouldn't accept that. I had to physically take my drone back since he was basically stealing it from me at that point.

I eventually got it back and secured it in my truck and then he decides to run around and stand in front of the truck so I can't leave, he is parked right behind me. So, I tell him that I have the right to leave, especially after he tried to take the drone from me by force without fully paying for it.

I put the truck in drive but never gave it gas and told him MANY times to please move and that I don't want him to get hurt. He kept filming himself putting his leg down under my bumper on purpose so it was being pushed back, basically wanting to get insurance money out of it. Funny how he didn't post his video on here which counters his claims that I ran him over, cut his leg open, and dragged him.

This back and forth scenario went on for a few min till I got enough room to wiggle the truck over to backup away from this nut and get away from him. He apparently drove himself to the hospital and claimed all the injuries yet I have the report where they treated him for a tender bruised shin and gave him an ice pack and Tylenol then sent him on his way.

He filed a hit and run case against me, which it wasn't, and with our amazing justice system that loves to jump on stupid cases like this to make money, he won. It was dropped to a misdemeanor assault charge, even after his 20 min performance in court crying and begging for a harsher sentence.

This piece of work tried to claim over 2 Million in lost wages due to these other injuries he claims are from me and this incident. Even though I have screen shots from his Facebook talking about them being from past incidents. He couldn't provide any medical documents to prove his claims, no tax returns or bank statements either. He fabricated some made up work order to give to the court showing he lost over $200k in jobs he got in 2016 that he couldn't do because of this injury I caused he shows them canceled in 2020???  so, it takes 4 years to start or cancel a job?  odd because the person he listed the job was for states this Jim Martin is full of it and he never had these jobs with him!!  

Then I have a friend deep dive into this Jim Martin more and find out why he is coming after me so hard. He is on his 2nd bankruptcy and is also being sued for well over 100k. Oh and owes a lot in back child support from his wife that left him and took his kids, probably because he dragged her through the first bankruptcy and acts like this.

Oh, and as for those PPP loans I received last year, yea they were to try to keep my business going which with covid didn't last long. That money was for MY business not yours and you have zero rights to it or any of my money, which there isn't much to take at this point.

My lawyer has all the evidence to submit to get this BS restitution claim thrown out this month along with getting the charges expunged. Heck he even asked if I wanted to counter sue YOU for all this drama and I just told him NO, I am not like you and just want this mess put to bed. I will get on with my life and take care of my son without letting you cause anymore headaches in our lives.

You can go back to taking your girlfriend on vacations to beach resorts, your daughter on helicopter rides for her birthday, and your race boat out to the lake on the weekends. Yea I see everything Jim, you’re not too injured to work or play with your toys which is why you won't submit any proof of it because you have NONE! 

I am not going to pay for your lawsuits, debts, and child support that you owe so quit trying to come after me for what I don't have and maybe sell your toys to settle your own debts Jim and take care of your kids!!!

Keep testing me and I will stoop to your level and post all your dirty laundry online, I have it all : )
