ParValu Refund Rip-off, many others in this Rip-off Report
I am submitting a report on ParValu again. I have been waiting 11 months for my refund. Convienently, AJ Sexton and Paul Saunders no longer return phone calls. I have left messages daily for informatino about my refund.
I am reaching out for any assistance anyone can give me on how I can get my $1,300 back. I am will to get an attorney involved!

I have submitted a ripoff report and read several that are dealing with the same problem I have. The company is ParValu 2722 Loker Ave West, Ste G, Carlsbad, CA 92008. The president is Paul Saunders and the VP is AJ Sexton.I was called Oct 1999 with a 45 day free trial for a set of golf clubs. If not satisfied, return and no worries.
My credit card was charged instantly ($1,300), even though ParValu said only if I decided to keep the clubs, otherwise it would be used for shipping only.
I sent the clubs back...I was not satified with them. One club broke while practicing at a driving range, and I didn't think they were worth $1,300.
Now 11 months later, I have still not received my money. I have called on a regular basis, and I have heard every excuse: "the credit card company has to clear your account", "it will take place within 2 months", "we are having financial problems, and when some more funds come in you will be refunded", "we lost our account with the bank", etc etc etc.
I went to the BBB, and had an abitration, which was in my favor, but heard nothing from ParValu. The last time I spoke with AJ Sexton was on 9/21/00, he stated that if I sent him a letter from my creditcard company stating that they would not dispute the charge, then I would receive my refund within 2 weeks. I faxed this statement on 10/4/00, it is now 11/23/00 and still no money!!
I try daily to talk to either Mr. Sexton or Me. Saunder, neither of them will return my phone calls, and all I can do is leave voice mail. I have read several other concerns on RIPOFF Reports concerning ParValu. WHAT CAN I DO?
