Package Outbound GOAT Sales LLC Charged me a 50% restocking fee for a $2,500 4090 NVIDIA video card CHICAGO IL

I returned the video card because the cooler was too thick to fit anywhere in the case.
After 3 months (and 20+ phone calls) trying to get a full refund on the returned video card, Amazon just recinded their promise of getting me the refund.
Amazon ruled that some tiny creases on the box and a small tear in the electrostatic bag were valid reasons for charging me a $1200 restocking fee.
At no point, before today's email, did Amazon reps support the position of the seller. I was repeatedly assured that I would get my full refund.
Amazon has been extremely unhelpful.
