It was my third day ever playing on the casino. The first day I lost the equivilent of 2000.00 USD the second day I lost the equivelent of 2000.00 USD and the third day I deposited $400.00 USD and with that I went on a winning streak. I was playing craps with a live dealer, and won almost 50,000.00 USD. They aproved my first withdraw of about 8500.00 USD, when I logged back in another 24-48hrs later my account was locked and my other withdraw was still in a pending state. I contacted the team, and after multiple attempts with no response I tried to contact them on twitter by going public. I have a twitter account with 11k followers, so after they saw that they responded to me. I then went through a KYC process with them, KYC stands for Know your customer. I had to provide ID, proof of residency, and do a video chat with there "risk" team. After all of that was approved they told me they "were verifying my bets with the third party game provider" that was over 3 weeks ago at this point. They've ignored me at every turn trying to contact them. They currently are holding close to forty thousand USD worth of my winnings. I will be attempting to file a complaint with the curacao online e gaming board as there casino is licensed through that country. PLEASE DO NOT play on OWL.games they are more than happy to take your money, but when you win, they refuse to pay.

Made over $12,000 using their platform but suddenly denied me withdrawals they are criminals. fortunately for me I found someone on here who was also scammed by them and he referred me to a crypto investigating firm who helped me get back my funds.
