Odoo Inc sanfrancisco buffalo NY Odoo is a complete Rippoff. The ERP solution does not work until you hire one of their partners or in house Business analysts. Sanfrancisco California
We started out working with Odoo in 2021,two years and approximately 100k later we are still not able to use their platform. When we asked to speak with upper management we got an email from a team leader saying they do not guarantee result on neither their platform or services provided by their business analysts. They take the liberty to change BSA whenever they want. Keep billing you. Beware this is a Belgium based company and if you want to sue them you have to do that in Belgium. Governed by Belgium law. This company should be shut down. Look at reviews before signing up on anything with them because of their disclaimers they are freely ripping of hardworking Americans . This is not acceptable.

on timeframe and go-live date, nor that the project will be completed within the number of estimated
hours originally purchased.
The subscription fee will be charged from the start date of the contract, independently from any go
live date.
