Nissan Acceptance The worst choice for financing a car. They employ two agents before they post your account. So, you pay and mail the check on time and the 5th or 11th National Bank will receive your check, maybe, but they don't post when it is received so, you end up with a late fee even if you pay on time.

I recently paid April and May in advance and was going to re finance with a good company in June. I had to stop payment in late April because we needed the payoff amount and they still had not posted my payments. I traded in for a new Frontier on April 19, 2022. Callie Brantigan at Midway Nissan, Phoenix, was sent an email confirming this loan from USAA the day before I went to Phoenix.

Midways finance dept still sent out 18 loan applications in my name, which I did not authorize. Then, Midway Nissan did not send in the payoff to Nissan Acceptance for at least a month. Nissan Acceptance then kept charging me and reporting me late up to 90 days, as they still had not posted my last payments..

I did everything right, except freeze my credit, and Midway Nissan and Nissan Acceptance dropped my credit score over 150 points. All they have to do is make an adjustment and reverse their bad credit filing, but they refuse. Talk about bad business practices.
