And then Nicholas whitley refuses after sending me a certified letter that he will not represent me because he sold me out to the other party and then he refuses to return all of my legal documentation that I Submitted to Nicholas whitley my so called attorney that did nothing for my case except belligerently harass me. I need need my personal information for court And this lawyer at this law firm thinks hes above the law on stealing personal information from a client that was supposed to be returned all of my documents that are personal and I have certified letters stating that I want all of my personal facts returned to me immediately after the case is settled; but this lawyer does not settle any cases he just aggravates the case so you lose: this lawyer should not be in practice because he is not a professional (he is belligerent to the clients) and he does not communicate with the client because he does not want you to win your case. This law firm should not be in practice and I have a letter (which I will provide to anybody inquiring proof)? that he Nicholas whitley will not return all of my personal property and document. Nicholas whitley only liHarasses his clientsents and does not represent them. He refuses to Commentation within the clients and will make you loose your case. I give this Law firm on a rating of 1 to 10: 1 being the Best and 10 being the worst (they get a 35). 24 hour business day and he did not return any phone calls in 4-months and it's going on 2 months now and I am still waiting For my personal property and information to be returned after I emailed Nicholas whitley dozens of times requesting that all of my personal property be returned because he is an incompetent lawyer at this Law firm Taylor and Associates But Nicholas whitley belligerently refuses to mail my personal property back.. I am getting very frustrated this lawyer is cancer to your case and you will lose your case as he threatened my case with his Arrogance. I would suggest highly that you look for another law firm. I was never treated so disrespectfully and arrogantly by any attorney (but this attorney takes the cake) he deserves the award of the year of being the most abusive attorneys to their clients and he still has not returned all of my personal property (and I will state this): if my identity gets stolen or alter? Nicholas whitley of whitley law firm will be held responsible for his criminal actions against a client.
