Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I think NFL game pass consciously did not make it clear that there is an auto renewal, just that if the trial is not cancelled within a week the charge would stay. They also make it difficult or impossible to cancel the auto renewal feature once it is realized that it exists. NFL Gamepass not having a phone number is a tactic not just to limit costs, but to avoid refunds.

These unfair policies to me are fraudulent and We will post this online in as many sites as we can. If you have the technology you can check and see that I never used the service except watching 3 pre-season games three years ago.. that is $100 per game!! Ridiculous

You are the ten millionth Ripoffreport poster to use the "you must work for them" trope.  Yes, of course I work for them- how could I possibly disagree with you if I didn't get a paycheck for doing so?

"Auto Renewal" is not hidden- it's right there when you sign up.  As are the directions for shutting it off.  You just overlooked it, and now you are claiming it's a "ripoff."  Sorry, but it simply is not.  Of course, I'm only saying so because they pay my rent- no unbiased person would ever argue with you.  And before anyone argues with you, they should note that you only want replies that agree with you, and to "butt out" instead.

Well, unlike you I am not cheap, nor do I have lots of time on my hand to keep subscribing and cancelling. I was ok with letting them charge the $99 that they did, the problem was the auto recharge and the real difficulty to cancel that, like others have also experienced.

If you are working for them be clear about it. If not don’t meddle, when you don’t know the detail.

I pay $114 a month for cable, yet I spend every summer out of my apartment visiting relatives in another part of the country.  Should I be able to demand my cable company not charge me those months?  Come to think of it, I only watch an hour or two of tv a night- should I get a discount for the hours I'm at work and my tv is off?

You paid for a service and you didn't cancel it before auto-renewal kicks in.  It doesn't matter if you use the service every week or never, that's up to you.  I suggest that if you can't get your money back, you just use the service and start the cancellation process a month or two in advance, just to be sure.

BTW I got the free trial this winter, because I wanted to re-watch the Superbowl.  I did that several times over the course of a week, then cancelled and paid nothing.  There was no problem and it was very easily done online, I never talked to anyone.  I suspect you are just bad at following directions.
