BEWARE of NEXO HIDDEN & UNCAPPED FEES
BEWARE! NEXO pretty make up their own rules ad hoc. I recently got stung by a mistake exchange on the platform. During a 30 second exchange trade they stole over £3000 in hidden fees from me. They are stating that their exchange SPREAD is always 0.75% on each pair but also that during volatility this can change to a level with NO LIMIT! I got charged over 8% for an exchange that took place within 30 seconds. In addition their customer care is extremely BAD and unhelpful.
They will not even point me to a page on the website that explains spread and % fees they take on their website. It's literally not written on their terms of SERVICE!
