Texted back and forth with husband on 1 cell number, gave another email and phone number to zelle to another business name, we thought it was legit. Sent the money, ghosted on in person meeting for specs to start the build, I called the number he texted which is a iPhone and I was getting read receipts. He lied said it wasn't him. I threatend the police, and he blocked me. I have confirmation that he was texting and texted another business to receive money. Money was Zelle to him, and then requested it back. I emailed them and they responded: "We apologize for this Mr Madison had an accident."
They declined my request for refund. They took the money and ran!
