First National sent my husband a letter about a guaranteed credit card if he sent them a money order/check for $37 or $43 for rush service but it turned out to be a scam and not a credit but a card for a catalog.
Then, about 3 weeks to a month later, I receive 2 credit card offers that also offer a guaranteed credit card. One, Peoples Credit First (PO Box 320366, Tampa, FL 33679-2366) which has the same letter template as First National but instead of blue was green and asked for $45 and $49 for rush service.
Second, Net First National Bank (PO Box 18805, Clearwater, FL 33762) which the phone clerk tried to cleverly answer my questions with questions and then with unspecific answers.
Luckily, I did some more digging and found out that they are practically the same company or at least affiliated in some way. Pretty clever of them to use PO Boxes, huh? I, also, am grateful for this sight which showed that First National was a rip off or else I could have been ripped off 3 times.
