Mustapha pizza Hut local branch in rawalpindi called to say that certain condiments of salad such as pineapple has been discontinued in rawalpindi, Pakistan rawalpindi Pakistan
i called on the recorded line of pizza Hut in pakistan to order a deal of two regular pizza with salad n drink. I was contacted after 30 mins by the local delivery branch for choice of salad. I asked them to add pineapple in addition to other options. The caller told me that pineapple is no longer served in the salad as per pizza Hut directive. I argued that no such information was in the newspaper and maybe he can guide me when such news was published. The caller said that I can call the call center with the complaint and he cannot help. I called pizza Hut ordering number again I.e. 051111241241. The agent who answered put me on hold for more than 15 minutes and later, some manager answered the call and apologized for the salad complaint. I asked him what was the name of person looking after rawalpindi islamabad region and he said Mr cheema looked after the region. After repeated insistence, the manager said, he would ask Mr cheema to call me back. After ten minutes I got a call from a cell number. The guy on phone said he was Mr cheema n he was sorry for the problem. He further assured that pizza Hut has not discontinued any condiments from the salad rather the same had been unavailable with the local branch. I got furious and asked for contact of person incharge for pizza Hut franchise in pakistan. I was told that same was run by a business tycoon from Habib oil family and he can't give his name. During this debacle, the rider of pizza Hut arrived with my order, just that it was 1 hour n 30 mins after my order. I sent the rider back to local branch n refused accepting delivery. Inhale been an ardent customer of pizza Hut for more than 7 years in Karachi n islamabad. I am extremely annoyed by performance of pizza Hut in pakistan especially in rawalpindi. I wonder if pizza Hut management is aware of such deceit faced by their customers. I expect the international management to take my complaint seriously, listen to my recorded calls as I insisted the agents to speak in English and take appropriate measures to satisfy their customers. If not, pizza Hut has lost a loyal customer and I will advise same to m family and friends who would Pay heed to my complaint.
