MSPurity Shipped wrong case, refuse refund

Shipped out a iPhone case to me that does not fit. Got this as a presnent for a friend. Website states:

I write to their support and they tell me because I used their discount code (from a pop up), that item is now considered a sale item. And they would not offer refund. When applying the discount code, this is not stated anywhere.
The company totally ripped me off sending me a phone case that costs $42.36, that can't even be used on my phone.
