Montoya Group Inc Cleaning and Baby sitting Horrible Service, Liars, Bait and Switch West Palm Beach florida
Be careful with this company, they advertise house cleaning and babysitting services online and social media while being registered as an auto repair shop. They will offer you a fair market value rate and say anything to get the job just to send you an amateur with no experience who has a sob story and try to take advantage of your good nature. Not to be trusted!
They came over 4 hours late, move extremely slow and do a very poor job while constantly saying I'm sorry in an effort to play on your conscience. Within 10 minutes of their employee entering it was obvious they had no clue of how to do their job.
I gave them the option to leave now and get compensated for their travel or for me to pay them half the agreed amount which was $100 and I would do the cleaning while they just assist. (I've never had to clean myself when hiring a cleaning service in the past but had no choice as I had an important event the next day) On her way out I handed her the agreed $50 and a $20 tip at which point she said she needs the full $100 regadless of our agreement or threatened to call the police while continuing the sob story of how she really needs the money for her family.
Even though I know this is not a police matter and it would be a giant waste of time I told her I would give her another $20 and she should never false advertise or make arrangements she isn't intending on keeping because sooner or later word will get out and their reputation would be ruined. She accepted the $90 and left.
About 30 minutes later police show up at my door asking questions, I told them the story and they left. A few days later a completely different employee of this company started to slander my name on social media. I've never seen this person before but they were claiming it was them who performed the cleaning and talking about how they are just humble people trying to please their customers while fabricating a whole story full of lies. Please be careful with these con artists and get everything in writing or on video if you ever deal with them.
