Monica Moynihan Is in Possession of Stolen Armando Huerta Art
Monica Moynihan (aka Monica Moynihan Perkal and Monica Marie Perkal) is a realtor from Woodland Hills, California who is posing as an art dealer. She is in possession of a large amount of stolen Armando Huerta art that she refuses to return to the legal heir of Armando Huerta’s estate.
Monica Moynihan is partners with Andrew Bloomer from Monroe, Louisiana who also owns a large amount of stolen Armando Huerta art that he too refuses to return to the legal owner of Armando Huerta’s estate. Both Monica and Andrew had knowledge that the paintings were stolen yet still purchased them and are now ignorantly advertising them online. Monica is also currently trying to organize an Armando Huerta exhibition where she wants to display all of her stolen art.
According to ARTnews, seven people were sentenced to prison for stealing eight Pierre Soulage paintings collectively worth $2.04 million. Monica and Andrew have over 100 stolen artworks worth millions so need to be reported to the authorities and thrown in prison.
Another serial art thief has also recentely been sentenced to eight years in prison for stealing Van Gogh and Frans Hals paintings worth $20 million. The judges referred to the thief as a “incorrigible and calculating criminal”, a title which can also be applied to Monica Moynihan and Andrew Bloomer.
Monica is an unethical and money-hungry fraud who also stole $220,000 from her own parents and is currently representing pin-up artist, Carlos Cartagena who is friends with Idan York (real name "Robin Smollen"), another con man who stole thousands of dollars worth of Armando Huerta merchandise from a warehouse in California.
Monica Moynihan also goes by the name of SwimmersGirl Art on the Comic Art Fans website, as well as Facebook. After I exposed her theft on Instagram she deleted her other account, Flesh For Fantasy Art. She also has another account called Patrick Nagel Arts on Facebook. Her real estate license number is 01366039 and she works for Pinnacle Estate Properties, Inc.

Andrew Bloomer is known as Bloomdog on Comic Art Fans and bloomerdrew on Instagram. His eBay seller name is la410 and here you will find him selling counterfeit Armando Huerta prints with no Certificate of Authenticity. I’ve uploaded an entire folder of evidence to Facebook displaying screenshots of Andrew Bloomer admitting that the art is stolen and how much he paid for it.
