I ordered this item several weeks ago, and have been sending back emails to Michele Orais (Victoria Roberts) [email protected]
The response that Gotten is that due to an agreement with the manufacturer they cannot do anything. So this means to me that if someone orders based on this ad they will not get what they ordered, “Wow”. I never read any situation like this before. I only have gotten the Pruning Shears. I have not gotten the Automatic Branch Scissors. This person wanted me to send back to China the Pruning Shears back so I can get a refund, when the cost to send them back to that country will be around $20.00. This company Modern Mint displays false advertisement to customers.
The issue with this is that a couple dollars here and there adds up to major $$$. This company is profiting in this fashion or in plain English ripping customers on false products. Let’s help this company with some advertisement so other people will not fall prey to this kind of business, and customer service. I have dealt with other companies with manufacturers in China, and this is the worse I have seen. I looked at other customers that are not very happy. Can everyone that see’s this post past it on so everyone else can be aware of this company Modern Mint, and its manufacture in China.
