I purchased Jerry On Demand script from their website after talking to their sale represntative Dexxa Sharma. After signing a contract and issued a $499 to their PayPal account, they sent me broken script with awful documentation.
I hired a professional developer to launch it but they encountered so many issues. When we ask for support, they always claim it is our team fault and we don't know how configure code. They failed to install it themselves. The script doesn't have a single working feature.
We scheduled a meeting with them, where they failed to install the code, and they asked us to pay for installation. The company refuses to fix the code or issue a refund.
