Complete ripoff, not even close to what product should be (etow winch). Used ethernet cable (max 48V) for 80V It just caught fire first time tried to use it. Loose connections on major power wires, more fire hazard. Watch youtube videos on my channel to see his garbage product review.

Parts returned, still no refunds or communications

Note that all of Mr Liu's "parts" were returned to him by UPS at a cost of $50. After a month he still refuses to return funds or communicate period. A complaint is being filed with the consumer protection agency. USHPA has been notified
