Purchased a factory standard high end door for almost $3,000. Within a few years all the glass partitions starting separating. Company will not replace, claiming I was pass their warranty. They admit this is a manufacturing defect. For comparison, glass window/door companies Andersen, Marwin, and Pella all provide a 20 year warranty on glass. This company is only 5 years. DO NOT BUY AN EXPENSIVE DOOR FROM THIS COMPANY, AFTER 5 YEARS THEY MAY NOT HAVE THE GLASS TO FIX YOUR UNIT.

This company told me they had a fire 5 years ago and lost all their records. Very convienant excuse. I sent them a confirmed shipping correspondence from there employee which they admitted worked for them. Despite this proof they are trying to say they have no records, at the same time they say they lost all records in a fire. Very shady operation.

Also a 5 year manufacturing defect warranty is the lowest in the industry. These doors are mostly over $3,000 each. Marvin, Andersen, and Pella all offer 20 year minimum warranties. Do not buy from this company. I will be giving a presentation at the  New England contractor's expo next year, and talking about warranties and companies like this.

Yes, based on photos this man sent us, his door glass does show swiggle migration into the site line of the glass. We have no idea if the door he is showing is ours or not, but our warranty expressly states a 5 year warranty on glass. If this is  our door and the customer claims his door is ours, and it could be, it was purchased about 8 years ago according to him and small cut glass carries a 5 year warranty.  The large manufactures offer limited glass warranty for up to 20 years with limitations on many issues which we actually cover and they do not. Further more, glass warranties by all are for material only, no labor.

Unfortunately this man is not happy with our warranty and with the glass he has in his door. We are very sorry for his unhappiness. We will continue to do the very best we can for our clients, we have yet to even find this client in our records but do not doubht his authenticity, but certainly his glass warranty expired two to three years ago.
