We feel Bert Sutcliff scammed our company out of an email list we sold to him. He purchased our list, then was quick to stop the transaction after we had already sent him the list. We feel the need to file this report to warn people of doing business with shady people like Bert Sutcliff & his companies Military Grade CBD ( https://militarygradecbd.com/ ) & DMB Health.

Vetta Marketing provided an email list that did not meet the specs provided, which resulted in more spam than actual opens. I was put on notice by me email provider and almost removed from platfrom. I initially provided the reporting to this company in hopes of discussing what happened, and it was only when PayPal was involved that they even returned my email or call. Ultimately, PayPal even agreed to refund my money given the actual reporting provided. I would have loved for this list to work, but it created more harm than good.
