Mike Bauer Benjamine Restoration One Was hired to tear down dry wall from septic tank flood but when the work got tough they damaged my washer and dryer hook ups causing it took leak then they said they wouldn't come back until i fixed it Aurburn Al
I had septic back up which caused a flood in my home on 03/12/2021. I had to fire resroration one due to them they said they wouldn't come back until I address the leak problem. But they worked for 3 hours on 03/31/2021 taken down the damaged dry wall in my living room wash room and one bathroom. But it was their boss mike bauer who is the problem. He came the day i fired them giving me evil looks in my door bell camera and verbal abusing me in my door bell camera.
He was putting his face to my door bell camera. He was acting psycho he wasn't the nice person he was when I hired him. The other problem is my kitchen cabinets got containmenated. The first company that came on the night the flood happen said they got water damaged and all had to come out. Even Benjamine said they had to come down.
After I hired them their attitude changed. It wasn't my fault that my insurance adjuster was caught in bad traffic and they had to wait. Benjamine said some ugly remarks on my drive way camera to the other worker. I should had fired them then but I gave them a second chances.
My insurnce was slow in getting me hotel aggrangements. Which is why they were upset they had got me a trailer and it sat in my drive way for 1 week not being used. They worked for 3 hours with the leaks that they caused.
I also needed to have my septic tank pumped. But I had to wait until pay day. But they didn't want to wait. But they worked for 3 hours putting up with it. My washroom was in good condition until they started work. They took before and after pictures of my washroom and after. So I wasn't even their then mike tried to blame me for tearing up the hooks and he proved right their I wasn't even at home.
He told in his response that he tried to talk to me and I wasn't even at home. But i could see them on my phone. They said they weren't coming back so they dismissed themselves and pitched a fit on my front porch in front of all my neighbors and I had to set off the alarm to get the police. They refused to leave until the police got to my house.
Then mike threatens me with a lein for the amount of $8900 for the 3 hours of work they did. They were late also. It's because I am single and these southern males hate women and do anything they can to put us single women in the poor house.
On google reviews this other customer said they stolen property & Mike refused to make things right. Now its deleted off google reviews. But you don't know which company are the thieves until after you hire them. Because they act so nice and professional before you hire them, then after they become lazy and try to charge nearly $10,000 to your insurance falsely.
Mike has shown me he hates single women with a passion and is out to hurt and ruin single women.

They started the whole thing when they told me they weren't coming back until the septic tank and the wash room leak was fixed well they worked for 3 hours tearing down the dry wall

They started it when they said they weren't coming back to finish the restoration work. They caused the leak in my washroom when they unhooked my washer and dryer, then mike tried to unjustly blame me. They took before and after pictures when I wasn't even there! My insurance company sent me. So I don't know why they got so upset when I told them not to ever come back.
Then I read on google reviews from other homeowners how great mike his employees are in restoring their homes. It was gender discrimination because I am a single female not married why do these males think they can ruin me and abuse me and tear up my house & make it look like I'm a hoarder.
Then falsely charge $8900 and threaten to file a lien on my home. These water restoration companies are nothing but mobster thieves to do this to already stressed homeowners. They need to be sued for everything they have & put out of business for making my situation worse.
