Olga Zhdanova Has done my taxes for a few years. I’ve never had issues with her and also trusted her. She recently got me 2 forgivable PPP loans. She had recently called me we texted and we spoke on the phone. She told me about 2 New York State grants that they were offering and I was interested. She went on to tell me that she would have to do some adjustment in taxes, Olga Zhdanova told me she will apply for 1 business 1 business and one person on New York State Grant.

There was also another program which I don't remember the name she said if I paid $1000 she will try to apply for that program as well with 1 personal NYS Grant and the other Business. She always told me there are no guarantees with these programs. I was aware of that. I told her with the holidays and all else I don't have an extra $1000 sitting around, Olha Zhdanova kept trying to convince me what I said I could do is $500 in the month of December, $500 in the month of January. She agreed on this deal. Olga Zhdanova also told me she would start 1st thing in the morning.

She called me about a week or so later and told me about the program that she applied for which I thought was going to be all 3 since she tried to convince me to put my business name on my personal Verizon wireless account and my con edison account saying just add in care of that it would help me Have a better chance for the Grant if I get approved. I did all she asked and sent her the paperwork she asked me for another $350 in the month of December and I asked her why when we agreed on $1000 payable $500 again in December and $500 in January.

This whole deal is becoming a hassle and I knew something was shady by the way she was acting since she never acted this way before. Since she hasn't applied for my New York State grants and the 1st program that she did apply for and it was part of the package I asked her to refund my $500.. She told me I will return $250 by Chase, I was very upset as this was not part of our agreement. Up until today I have not received a penny back from her she ignores my messages and my phone calls I'm probably blocked .

I told her that I was going to leave and I gave her over 2 weeks that I was going to leave truthful but honest and invalid reviews about not only her but her company Add her boss Michael Petrushansky. CPA. I also asked her why is she doing this when she was speaking to me that she's losing thousands of dollars in future business not only for her but her firm.. My girlfriend actually brought something to my mind that maybe she was desperate for money at that time and now she doesn't have the money to pay you back.

It’s sad CPM CPA firm should always take payments through their business account and not let their preparers take money personally for doing business with the company I’m very with the company I’m very upset.
