Complaint Review: Michael J Vellucci - Fort myers Florida

I really didn't have to want to do this. However Michael claims to own multiple businesses and properties yet he doesn't list them publicly anywhere. So here we go,

( Mind you every single thing I'm about to type, is not only the truth, but is verified on surveillance. ) 

Michael and his "crew"  have been working on his decrepid property after years of him turning it into a junk yard.( 207 4th street fort Myers)  And I mean that quite literally. This property was overgrown with rotting wood ,growth from all types of vegetation, flooding every time it would rain, random homeless people in and out, signs that That said " no police allowed" Okay. This place was a true dump that had jet skis and cars stored all over. It was falling apart. 

Knowing now that this man lived right next to his dangerous and wreckless property....puts a different spin on things. when hurricane Ian hit obviously nobody can control what will fly in the air and what won't. however there are steps you can take to not only make yourself safe but secure things to the ground. This person had no care in the world that there was already tons of debris everywhere on that property and he made no attempt to make sure that it was safe in any way shape or form. So when the hurricane came that property also came with it. 

So,finally after surviving hurricane Ian... And waiting about 3 weeks...they began construction. Great! Except it wasn't. The firdt two weeks they basically just dug up holes and picked up some of the debris. The second two weeks was pretty much the same. Nothing of note got done. On was11/22/22 I was outside taking pictures of the landscape and how different it is now. ( I'm a photographer ) And Michael lost his mind on me ! He harrassed me for taking pictures of the landscape. Took several cheap shots and made fun of me. Made fun of my mental health. Told me that I was mentally Disturbed. He also threatened me and told me that he was going to get me kicked out of my apartment!! 

Also just a tidbit, he mentioned how he was going to get me kicked out because this building I live in is illegal. which I find very interesting. What other illegal activity do you know that's going on?

I have caught him two times at NIGHT in his truck outside on the property line, with his brights shining in my window.  What kind of man does this? And more so, what kind of business owner does that?! What kind of business owner continues to leave loud construction equipment on,on purpose. This man is unhinged.

He brags about drinking alcohol at night and then works on heavy machinery early in the morning. I'm sure he's got something in his systemà. The footage doesn't lie. The last time I went outside he came so close to me and dumped debris about 2 ft away from me. Then he went back from work and did it again. Picked up more debris than dumped it. then he had to pick all that back up and then bring it back to where he originally got it from. This is a game to him from the beginning. He's been a mini tyrant for 2 months. And continues to this very moment. He breaks every rule and ordinance written. He just hasn't gotten caught.  I have no doubt he's done this to someone before. I just don't know who. He doesn't list any of his businesses online so he can silence the people he's *tried to harm. He even lists the business in his ex/wife's name. Tammy Vellucci.

The last thing I'll say is that I've spoken to someone about having a reporter come out and show the footage. Bc it truly looks MANIACAL! You can see when I fast forward how he basically does the same thing every day. Same motions, same movements. But no real progress that would reflect what he's "doing" and what he's even using the equipment for. 

oh and he works on Sundays. Shameful.
