John Garcia contacted us and represented his company as an installation company that would fly down and install the electronic window tint we had purchased from a canadian company. He then installed horribly and blamed the crappy installation on the material manufacturer that we purchased from.
So we ignorantly repurchased replacement material from him and had to pay him 2x to fly here and once again the final performing product was horrible and cloudy. We then investigated further to find out he over sold us a provided us a Chinese knock off with NO WARRANTY or any type of guarantee.
The sample piece he provided turned out to be a small piece that would hide all the material defects and poor performance. We highly recomend that you DO NOT USE HIM, HIS COMPANY mhdt.com aka: mile high dimmable tint OR ANY OF HIS SERVICES.
We finally ended up purchasing the order for a 3rd time from a verified American Company and used their recomended installer "who turn out to be a local guy" and our project is finally complete correctly and performs to our expectations. unfortunately we had to pay 3x. Lesson learned is go directly to the manufacturer and follow their recomended guidleines and installers.
