Complaint Review: Mcdonalds crazy psycho mexican manager - phenix city Alabama

This rude black female employee is the one who caused our latest problem. Buy keeping on getting your order wrong and charging you for something you didn't order. When you complain about it the other employees get nasty and retaliate against you. Ever since veronica been here we had this trouble. She would give people their food behind us in the line and get the other people mad at us. 

On this last visit 2 months ago in 2023 they were intentionally getting our order wrong and then screaming at us and telling us they have to get the manager to change the order. When she didn't have to before. People these days are just bullies every where.

I complained to mcdonalds and the store owner called me back. The employee who was so rude to me is still working at this mcdonalds. Customers have a right to complain about how they are treated. But with scumbags working there, they retaliate and veronica lets them!

The cashier put the debit card out the window and closed the door. So unprofessional. But I couldn't read it so she had to take my card then she took it out of my hand and it dropped on the ground, causing me to back up to get it. Black people want to pick on us, white people. 

They act snot nose because their getting away with abusing customers.

I guess veronica finally got her way about getting rid of us. Which all we wanted was to be treated like all the other customers but that is impossible for these employees at this mcdonalds to do.

It's the employees who are going crazy for no reason. All because you file a complaint about it. They aren't supposed to retailate but in this town they do. Black people have ruined the mcdonalds experience

It doesn't matter if it's fast food like most people say. They are there to do a job and not harass or abuse customers. People always thought they could abuse me.

Strangers on this site will never break me emotionally. But they have ignored this and have vigorously tried to mentally break me emotionally. It has always gone in one ear and out the other. People have always thought they could mental and emotionally abuse me. When I/we fought back they would retailate and falasely accuse us of harassing them. Which is a sorry thing to do people.

I took crap from this site long enough for no real reason. Trouble has followed me offline to online I don't know why when I show up people have the right to treat me like crap or like I don't matter as a human being. No matter how many times I ignore them or not respond. These strangers who don't know me even though they act like they know me in person. Think they can run my life and say insulting and personal insults. 

  It's a pure outrage how people are allowed to cyber bully others on this site. Without being held accountable for it. They should know by know I haven't gone away and never will. Why do people love to insult me for. Why do they think I don't have the same rights as them?  They will not give up until they think they have me right where they want me.

  They will never have me! I shall have the last laugh! Not these pigs!

It's because its phenix city why businesses treat people like this. They are protected by the police because in columbus ga or Auburn we don't have these kinds of problems. I wished we never have moved here in phenix city. Now we are stuck in this town. Employees at these local phenix city businesses get away with treating customers like crap.

 When you have to call the police. They always side with the business and you end up depressed and angered for days!

They are bad apples in every race. Two wrongs don't make a right. Trying to discriminate against me because I'm white which is how this mexican manager is doing me doesn't make a wrong right. But she has changed since biden/harris been in the white house. She thinks she can falsely call the police on me because I filed a complaint about how she was treating me. Well the police didn't do anything to me but they were watching me.

 When I got my order they left. The police were in the gas station parking lot and they backed up to where they could see the drive thru windows. In the last 17 years i been going to this mcdonalds the police have never done that before. I don't cause any trouble I just fight back which I have a right to do. All consumers have rights.

 But mcdonalds is a business in phenix city. Where they think they can treat us like this and falsely call the police on customers for no reason. There was a complaint on google reviews about them being called the police to over a bigmac.

I can almost bet you it was the mexican manager.  They cause the trouble but its the customer who gets the blame because they got the customer order wrong. Because they have been getting away with getting peoples order wrong its on google reviews.

 But they get away with it because they falsley call the police on customers. So they don't have to deal in making things right.

You have no job so what are you doing eating out?? Since you are on MEDICAID how can you afford to eat out and go to Walmart?? Racist should be your middle name but hey you complain about anyone, anything and any entity that is not WHITE so Chucky you lose
