On March 02, 2023, Brendon-Jackson: Jones from Masters' Business Alliance Trust and Anthony Dewayne Curtis from Business Makeover, LLC called our Minister with what they stated were investment opportunities related to PAMM accounts and trading in the Foreign Exchange markets. They mentioned they were connected with traders who were seeing profits of 1-3% daily sometimes 20-25% monthly on investments. When asking about our Minister's financial goals as an investor, they mentioned they had a safe program they thought he could invest in that just required opening and funding a PAMM trading account with the brokerage Trader's Domain.

Prior to investing, our Minster joined a Zoom call with Anthony from Business Makeover, LLC where he showed him historical data in excel format and pdf. decks where the traders with the Trader's Domain had significant wins in the FOREX markets.

On a separate call, Brendon mentioned to our Minister he was able to put his mom into the same program and she was able to fully supplement her W-2 income and was able to leave her job working a 9 to 5 from the profit generation of a 50k investment.

In early March, our Minister decided to make a $20,000 investment into what he thought was trading on the Foreign Exchange via a PAMM account with Brendon, Masters' Business Alliance Trust, and Anthony as a witness from Business Makeover, LLC. After signing the agreement, our Minister wired $20k to Brendon-Jackson: Jones' trust account, Masters' Business Alliance Trust.

According to the agreement, the monies were to be wired from our Minister's account to the account of Masters' Business Alliance Trust, then into Brendon's master brokerage account and finally an internal transfer would be conducted from Brendon's master account into our Minister's sub account on the Trader's Domain brokerage.

On March 08, 2023, Brendon-Jackson: Jones claims he made a request to transfer the $20,000 internally from his master brokerage account into our Minister's sub account but stated due to a backlog and slowness with the administrative operations of the Trader's Domain platform, it could take up to five days. After 14 days passed, the internal transfer of $20,000 had still not occurred. Our Minister reached out to Brendon and he stated the brokerage was being sold, the company's platform was inoperable and that our Minister would need to wait until it was back up to for the internal transfer of funds to occur.

After 3 months of waiting, our Minister requested via email to terminate the transfer agreement and to return the principal amount of $20k. Brendon did not reply to the email; however, within minutes responded via text message stating that while our Minister may terminate the agreement with him, it does not entitle him to a refund as the funds were no longer in his custody. Our Minister then asked Brendon to prove he transferred the $20k from his trust account into the brokerage account on the Trader's Domain platform.

He stated he could not prove it for two reasons. Number one, he could not access his Trader's Domain account and two because his trust account withby Wells Fargo Bank had been frozen for some unknown reason . Our Minister insisted that Brendon return the $20k but Brendon began being evasive and speaking in a manner to absolve himself from the responsibility of returning the funds.

On a call with Anthony Dewayne Curtis Jr of Business Makeover, LLC and while Brendon called in on another line he could be heard by our Minister while on Anthony's speaker phone with slight laughter in his voice say "if they want their money back, then let them sue, they can't sue my trust."

Brendon insisted the funds remained in the master account of the Trader's Domain brokerage. Our Minister asked him if he would be able to provide proof once his trust account with Wells Fargo Bank was reinstated and he said no, because he had co-mingled our Minister's $20k funds with other investors money and had also converted the $20k our Minister sent to him into cryptocurrency.

Our Minister argued that this was not part of the agreement and he stated that he was not obligated to tell our Minister exactly how the $20k would be transferred into his brokerage account. He ensured once the Trader’s Domain platform was operable and all money and information had been migrated over to the new brokerage that the $20k would be transferred into our Minister's sub account.

When attempting to ask him questions about signing a new agreement that would hold him accountable for returning the $20k, he gave excuses to our Minister of being sick with food poisoning, being overseas and hadn't had time to review the agreement and altogether evasiveness. He never signed a new contract to hold himself accountable to return the $20,000 principal investment.

The Trader's Domain brokerage was later acquired by TruBlueFx around September of 2023. Brendon has not attempted to transfer $20k into our Minister's brokerage sub account or return the funds via wire transfer as requested and agreed.

After many intense calls with both Brendon and Anthony from Business Makeover, LLC, Anthony informed our Minister in a one-on-one call that Brendon informed him that he used our Minister's funds to pay off a previous investor named Mindy.

After long battles over emails, phone conversations, and being given many false promises from both Brendon-Jackson:Jones and Anthony Dewayne Curtis Jr., our Minister has attempted to recover the funds from these men but has not been able to thus far.

After our Minister spoke with Anthony from Business Makeover, LLC about the matter, he stated he wanted to indemnify the matter once and for all since he introduced Brendon and our Minister so he engaged another business associate named Shannon Steel who stated she knew the owners of TruBlueFx and Trader’s Domain.

She stated she could potentially have the owner transfer $20k from Brendon’s brokerage account of our Minister and make it available for withdrawal even though withdrawals were not made available on the platform at that moment.

On September 12, 2023, according to Anthony, Shannon Steel reaches out to the owner of TruBlue and states she is able to arrange for $20k to be transferred into an account on the Meta Trader 5 platform. They provided our Minister with credentials connecting to a brokerage named Ares Global LLC. Our Minister was able to login to an account on the Meta Trader 5 platform and could see a $20,000 balance but when asking Anthony if it was tied to his TruBlue account he said yes, but it could take  24-48 hours to sync and appear..

After waiting 48 hours, September 14, 2023, the funds were not available for withdrawal, and when asking Anthony about it again, he states he will find out from Shannon Steel how to withdraw the funds. He never provided any guidance to our Minister on withdrawing these funds.

It appears that our Minister was setup with a Meta Trader 5 account that is not necessarily a demo account and has over $20,000 balance and simulates trades and account details, but is inaccessible and is not linked to his Trublue account to withdraw funds.

Our Minister has not received any money back from Brendon-Jackson: Jones, Masters' Business Alliance Trust, Anthony Dewayne Curtis Jr. or Business Makeover, LLC for the $20k investment that was initially agreed to be invested into the PAMM Forex trading.

Both Brendon and Anthony used deceptive strategies to solicit our Minister into an investment by misrepresenting it, then involving him in a Ponzi scheme.

Anthony Dewayne Curtis, CEO of Business Makeover, LLC defrauded our Minister out of $20,000 in a Ponzi-like investment scheme. Anthony created ficticious documents and  executed agreements outlining the investment details of a non-existent investment as a deceptive tactic to attract our Minister.

As the owner and representative of Masters' Business Alliance Trust, Brendon did not act in Good Faith by being dishonest, showing insincere intentions to deal fairly with our Minister, breaching executed agreements, and using the investment capital sent to him for his personal interests. He had a duty to uphold yet acted with motives of malice and unclean hands.  He did not act equitably or stay in honor as the professional he claimed to be by breaking trust, lying, misrepresenting the investment, acting irresponsibly, committing fraud and using deceptive methods to gain access to the investment capital from our Minister.

Since Anthony Dewayne Curtis Jr. of Business Makeover, LLC  introduced our Minister to Brendon-Jackson: Jones and that Anthony was a friend of our Minister for over 18 years, and defrauded our Minister himself just a little over a month after our Minister's initial investment with Brendon and Masters' Business Alliance Trust, we are of the opinion there are potentially more victims due to the strategy behind the deceptive tactics used towards our Minister in this financial investment fraud.

As a Ministry, we will refrain from uploading documents and evidence regarding this matter, but would be happy to speak with anyone else who has been the victim of financial investment fraud related to Brendon-Jackson: Jones and Masters' Business Alliance Trust or any of the business entity's he is affiliated with.
