I ordered platinum VIP ticket and didn't recieve services that was promised. Also the presentation was all about how to make yourself look rich and embellishing to bring in customers.

After more research on her I noticed she doesn't qualify for the services she is offering or price point.  She taught us how to do what she did to us in the presentation. Can you go over her presentation?

We are committed to ensuring our customers receive the services they paid for and have a positive learning experience. Regarding the complaint about not receiving promised services, we take this matter seriously and would like to investigate further to identify any lapses in our service delivery. However, the complainant did not provide specific details about the services that were not rendered as promised. Everything we outlined would be delivered, we delivered above and beyond. The complainant also mentioned that the presentation was primarily focused on making oneself appear wealthy and embellishing to attract customers. Our Master Class covers a wide range of topics related to entrepreneurship, branding, and marketing, including strategies that can help individuals succeed in their business endeavors. While we do discuss how to create a compelling brand image and attract customers, our primary goal is to empower our attendees with practical knowledge and tools to achieve their goals.
