I was immediately impressed with the number of years of experience Mark Kriger had when we first met. He made many promises to me which I relied upon to my later detriment. Nothing he said up front was the truth. Everything change the day of the the 2nd hearing to my surprise.
The whole case was made up and Mark Kriger promised me a defense but when it came time to speak on my behalf he said nothing. I lost the case and went to jail when Mark told me he worked out a deal for simple probation and a 1 year suspension of my license. It was all made up by Mark to push me through the system and accept a result at a moments notice. Please shop around.....

Because Mark Kriger makes up stories to string his client along. When I asked for my money back he refused and pleaded he was gonna come through. Then he makes up another story after another story. I will be filing a law suit against this man for fraud on the court because he forged my name without my authority. I have a letter from an attorney confirming the fraud..Mark Krigernis a fraud and can not even get an mortgage in his name his credit is so bad

Mark Kriger is a dishonest attorney and I will sue him again. He forged my name on a document when he needed my permission.. even the attorney for the jail said I was screwed by this guy. It's that simple. He lies and does not have a descent bone in his body.

So the same judge who found you guilty took the time to meet with you and told you that she didn't believe a thing that the State did but convicted you anyways. Oh you say you had a trial by jury...well a judge still has the authority to overrule a jury and they do in extreme cases like you are trying to present.
You say it is impossible to defraud 2500 people from a 500 square foot office with only the State knowing. What does the size of the office have to do with it? With today's "connected" society a person working out of a 30 square foot closet could rip off 10's of thousands.
What's next? You telling us that you talked to all 2500 people who the State accused you of defrauding, and they all said you didn't do anything wrong.
You still failed to tell us what you were convicted of and why you would have been happy with having your license suspended if you didn't do anything wrong?

Because the way everything was explained at the time. I met my judge 1 week after I left jail and she told me she did not believe a d**n thing the State said. She said like I said.....it is impossible for a sole practitioner in a 500 square foot office to rip off 2500 people and the only people that spotted it was tthe State. She called Mr Kriger a bozo... He made up a story and scared the sh*t out of me

You don't end up in court facing jail time, and appear happy if all you would get is probation with a 1 year license suspension if the entire case was "made up".
So what is the full story here?
