I recently purchased a property with Megan Alfonsea, she walked me through the steps and asked for me to give a $3000 deposit to secure the property that I wanted.
She then mentionned to me that would send me a receipt for my purchase, and ensured me that she would follow up with me as soon as more news was available.
It has been 9 months and she has cut off all communications with me. What it seems like to me is that she stole my $3000.
I am writing this report to bring awareness to the fact that she is fraud and anyone doing business with her and her organization should be very aware.

You were about to spend big money on this house, right? What did YOUR ATTORNEY say about this matter??? That's the attorney YOU HIRED to represent you in this transaction since big money was at stake? What about the HOME INSPECTOR you hired to find any faults in the property? How about the SURVEYOR whom YOU HIRED to provide a survey CERTIFIED TO YOU?
