Magnus title We were supposed on a set date and they did not close and did not tell why Phoenix Arizona
We were supposed to close on a set date, as we were getting closer to the date I kept asking the status, they did not get back to me and so we did not close. The next day, I requested an explanation, and nobody answered. I told them I want my earnest money back and then they replied and said that if I cancel they would give my earnest money to the seller.
