Luciano Sorbara and Julie Sabetti hired me to design a custom home for them, to their exact specifications, including many revisions to floor plans, elevations and 3D renderings, had the house built, and refused to pay me a dime. $3500 is not a lot fo money to have a house designed in Toronto!
